EVERLASTING JOURNEY
Once you have chosen your design please complete our booking form. If your event is within 3 weeks we do require full payment however if your event is more than 3 weeks away a reservation deposit can be paid, which will be deducted from your final payment.
Bespoke Botanicals are based in South London but work with people throughout the UK to preserve their special occasion flowers.
We ask that all botanicals are posted within 5 days of your special occasion- on booking you will receive instructions on packaging your flowers. Once your treasured botanicals are received, I carefully deconstruct the arrangement and dry each flower individually which can take upto 3 weeks. Once the botanicals are dried I work with your selected shape and create a design before setting your flowers in several layers of resin. The whole process takes upwards of 10 weeks depending on the complexity of your order.
Polite notice
All my creations are hand made- no machines are used in the process. Imperfections happen but add to their handmade charm. Bubbles do occur, they are a natural by product of casing flowers in resin. Flowers may change colour during the drying process - this can depend on many factors, such as how mature the flowers are, if they’ve been sprayed with any chemicals and the state in which we receive them.
Please keep your resin piece away from direct sunlight and chemicals (perfume, polishes, cleaning sprays etc). The items can be wiped over with a slightly damp cloth if needed. Resin does scratch so keep it away from rough/sharp objects.
Before purchasing please review terms of purchase. All items are lovingly created individually and bespoke to you therefore refunds are not offered. If your not totally satisfied with your finished product please do contact me and I will do my best to correct.
